The DKM Methodology and the company’s experience with the construction of winning teams are available to professional clubs through our Consulting service.

As much for the board as for the senior team staff, we deliver an OBJECTIVE AND EXTERNAL EVALUATION of the sporting performance of the team which provides a novel insight of undoubted added value.

With DKM, the BOARD now have a method of scientific, external and objective assessment, thanks to which they can make decisions in their field of sports management, based on more than the results and the team’s table position.

The STAFF finds a powerful ally in the metrics that the DKM Scorecard puts at their disposal (different from the conventional ones) and in the alternatives that the DKM Methodology can propose, as a complement to their training sessions.

The DKM Consulting service focuses its attention on four strategic fields that, ultimately, determine the performance of the team:

• Collective performance
• Individual performance
• Physical health of the team and player availability
• Psychological health and atmosphere in the dressing room

The DKM ALGORITHMIC MODEL, integrated into the Scorecard, collects different metrics in relation to these four aspects, combining them to obtain a global picture that shows the true potential of the team, beyond the results and the table position.

Based on the indicators expressed on the scorecard and the observation of matches and training, DKM analyzes and determines the CAUSES of the metrics that indicate weaknesses and compiles them in a qualitative report that provides a substantial added value to the board and the staff.

The DKM Consulting service is completed with the presentation of an ACTION PLAN based on the DKM Training Methodology. This plan proposes concrete measures to improve individual and collective parameters which have a direct positive impact on the performance indicators expressed on the Scorecard.
