Fernando Daucik always vehemently believed in the possibility for footballers to continuously improve beyond their age. His management model of the individual was the basis for building his winning teams.
Ladislao Kubala was the prodigal son of the Daucik method and the best example of the degree of excellence that can be achieved with this training system.
